Jeremiah is honest and understanding. My car did the classic thing where it stopped making "the sound" in front of the mechanic, but he kept it overnight and found the source of the problem. I've taken my car back for regular maintenance too. They've driven me to work when they needed to keep my car and have a free loaner vehicle for longer periods. Highly recommend! - A S.
